Booking transactions for rental properties are processed through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Guesty. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions, which are independent of these Terms.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or any connected systems
- Use any automated system, robot, scraper, or similar tool to access the Site without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable

Bookings made through links on our Site are processed by third-party booking platforms (such as Guesty). Volans Realty Group is not responsible for technical issues, payment processing errors, or other problems originating with those third-party platforms. By booking a property, you agree to the terms of the applicable booking platform in addition to these Terms.
All bookings are subject to property availability, the terms of the rental agreement, applicable house rules, and any local regulations. Cancellation policies, security deposits, fees, and refund terms are set forth in the rental agreement and the booking platform’s terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Volans Realty Group or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
